US EPA’s Storm Smart Cities
The US EPA released a new guide in March to help communities incorporate green infrastructure into local hazard mitigation plans. While this guide was developed with a specific scope and geography in mind, the guidance within it is universal. The “Green Infrastructure Crosswalk” could be translated to any number of community plans in Ontario and provides a task by task approach to incorporating green infrastructure.
